You are not starting from scratch.
Stratagem is designed for established business owners, leaders and teams facing a significant opportunity, decision or period of change.
You may be building or reshaping a business, leading a team through change, developing a new direction or working towards an important commercial or organisational outcome.
You already have experience, ideas and capability. What you need now is the space to see the whole situation, make the right choices and turn what matters into a practical strategy.
You can take part as an individual or alongside members of your team. The group is intentionally limited to a maximum of six people so that every person and every outcome receives focused attention.
Why Stratagem is different
This is not a mastermind. It is not a one-size-fits-all programme.
Every participant arrives with a defined outcome. For a team, that may include a significant shared outcome as well as the individual contribution each person needs to make.
A plan can tell you what to do. It cannot, by itself, uncover the resistance that may stop you doing it, reveal the structures that no longer support you or make a borrowed strategy fit who you are.

We explore the choices in front of you and work with vision, mission, values, purpose, strategy and any resistance connected to the outcome.
Thinking beyond the desk
We can observe your body intelligence, work with what is happening in the room, and use physical whiteboards to develop ideas, connections and timelines together.
Your practical action plan
You leave the day with a clear structure for the outcome you are creating, the choices you have made and the actions that will move it forward.
Three months of integration
Monthly online group check-ins and a private group WhatsApp space provide continued reflection, accountability and support as the strategy meets real life.
